COVID-19 Updates and Procedures

These changes will be continually re-evaluated to maximize safety and comfort. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.

I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19.


Vaccination Required

At this time I am choosing to work only with clients that have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. New Form to Complete

Please remember to fill out this online form on the day of your session prior to arriving. This will have to be submitted every time whether or not you are a returning client.


Face Mask Required

All clients are required to wear a face mask covering your nose and mouth during the entirety of your appointment unless you and I have discussed otherwise. Please arrive wearing your mask. If you forget a mask, I will supply you with a disposable mask for a small fee. Acceptable forms of mask are surgical masks, N95, KN95, and double layered cloth only. NO bandanas or neck gaiters. Per the cancellation policy, you will be charged 100% of your service fee if we need to reschedule your appointment due to not having or refusing to wear a mask.


Text Message Check-In

The waiting area on the main floor is shared with several other practices. In order to minimize contact, please try to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.  When you are close or have arrived please send a text message to (206) 355-6607 and I will respond letting you know you may come in.


PPE + Sanitation

I will be wearing a face mask at all times. Before and after clients I will sanitize, clean, and disinfect anything a client or I come in contact with following CDC guidelines. There will also be an air purifier running at all times.

  • All linens will be stored in covered containers and replaced between clients. 

  • Common surfaces will be sterilized between every client.

  • Hand sanitizer available for client use.


Water Policy

To minimize the spread of germs, I will be removing the glass drinking cups that I normally offer at the end of a session. I encourage you to bring your own refillable bottle but will provide compostable/recyclable cups just in case. 


Intraoral Massage

I will be discontinuing intraoral massages for the time being. If you have jaw tension that you are struggling with, I am happy to do a demo for you over video for relief with self-massage. I will re-evaluate this policy as the threat of infection from COVID-19 diminishes.


Rescheduling

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require 24 hours notice.

No-shows and same day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of the session fee (dependent on length of session). Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. By making an appointment, clients accept responsibility for paying the late fee.

Please reschedule your appointment for any of the following reasons:

  • You have recently had a fever, respiratory or flu symptoms, or a temperature exceeding 100°F.

  • You have been in contact with anyone in the past 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus type symptoms.
